Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 30 October 2026
You can ask Piku to delete your data at any time.
If you are a business using Piku:
- 1.Email nanak@getpiku.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address on your Piku account.
- 2.Include your business name and the WhatsApp number or Instagram account connected to Piku.
- 3.You can also remove Piku's access at any time from your Meta Business Settings, under Business Integrations or Partners.
We will confirm your request and delete your account data and your customers' conversation data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep some of it longer.
If you messaged a business that uses Piku:
- 1.Contact that business and ask it to delete your conversation. Or
- 2.Email nanak@getpiku.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the business name and the phone number or account you messaged from.
We will work with the business to delete your data within 30 days.
If you connected through Facebook or Instagram login: you can also remove Piku from your Facebook settings, under Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business Integrations. Then email us to delete any data already stored.
